Early one morning, someone was walking along a quiet beach after a storm. As the tide pulled back, thousands of starfish were left scattered across the sand. One by one, they began picking them up and tossing them back into the ocean.

A passerby stopped and said, “Why bother? There are too many. You can’t possibly make a difference.”

The person picked up another starfish, held it for a moment, and tossed it into the water.

“It matters to that one.”

To me, storytelling works the same way. A story may not reach everyone, but when it reaches the right person at the right moment, it matters. Through Light Switch Productions, I create projects that connect with the people who need them most.
